Dr. Heinrich Hellstern , Director of HEKS (Development Agency in Switzerland), by his Noble gesture assisted in starting, the CSI Technical Training Institute at Nettur in 1959. Subsequently adapted the name NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation), in the Year 1963.
