English, Applied Science, Mathematics, Engineering Drawing, Basic Electronics, Computer Programming, Production Technology, Material Technology, Electrical Technology, Strength of Material, Tool Design Theory (Press Tools, Dies, Moulds, Jigs & Fixtures), Pneumatics and Hydraulics, Quality Control & Metrology, Industrial and Production Management,Estimation & Costing, Heat Treatment & Surface Treatment, CNC Technology.
Practical:Bench Work Including Advanced Fitting, Machine Work Including Conventional and Special Tool Room Machines like Jig Boring, Jig Grinding, EDM, etc. Training in Inspection, Heat Treatment, Maintenance and Design Office. Exposure to Sheet Metal Presses, Plastic Moulding Machines and Pressure Die Casting Machines. Practice in Auto CAD, CNC Machine Operation and Low Cost Automation.
project work:Production of Jigs, Fixtures, Gauges, Press Tool and Mould based projects.
