Embedded Systems and IoT are commonly found in all the devices used and manufactured today. It is utilized in portable devices, stationary installations in various fields such as telecommunications, automotive systems, automation, aviation, product designing and development, electronic gadgets and other industry-oriented devices.
In this course, a student will be learning concepts of Embedded Systems, including Embedded Systems hardware such as Circuitry Components, Microprocessors and Communication Ports, Embedded Systems software such as programs developed using C, C+ or Embedded C. These are used to optimize the size and cost of the products and to increase their performance and reliability.
During practical training sessions, a student gets hands-on experience in the field of Microcontroller and Microprocessors, RTOS, Linux, Advanced C/ C++ Programming, Python Programming, Interfacing of Advanced Microcontroller with different real-time modules. Before the completion of the course, a student gets to work on several projects to put theoretical knowledge into practice.
A trainee must satisfy any of the following:
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering/ Mechatronics
- BE/ B. Tech in Electronics/ Mechatronics
- B.Sc. in Electronics
This course provides specialized training in the field of Embedded Systems and IoT. The syllabus reflects the present and future needs of industries and offers technical skills exposure to students for designing, programming Embedded Systems and IoT applications. By the end of the course, a trainee will be able to apply their knowledge while undertaking and working on various industrial projects and environments.
