Holding qualifications in MBA (Business Engineering) and Industrial Engineering, he has built an accomplished career with leading organizations including TVS Motor Company and NTTF, driving customer-centric processes, operational excellence, and workforce capability development.
As Unit Head of NTTF Vellore, he brings extensive expertise in Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean practices, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma, and leadership development. A certified trainer and Lead Auditor for ISO standards, he has trained thousands of professionals and is passionate about strengthening technical education through continuous improvement, industry engagement, and skill-focused learning.
