Meet Mr. Sudharshan, a seasoned professional in Operations, Lean Management, and Supply Chain. With a BE in Mechanical Engineering from SIT, Tumkur, and an ME in Mechanical Engineering from UVCE, Bangalore University, his expertise spans over 24 years.
Having worked with renowned companies like Bosch, Volvo, Knorr Bremse, and Kirloskar Electric in India and abroad (Germany and USA), Mr. Sudharshan held senior management positions, leaving his mark on the automotive and engineering industries.
Mr. Sudharshan is a true industry expert, bringing valuable insights and leadership to every role he undertakes.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Guindy Engineering College, Chennai, he embarked on a remarkable journey.
Starting his career at TANSI Tool Room, Dr. Reguraj’s passion for education led him to NTTF, where he played a key role in its growth.
What began as a small training center in Kerala has now flourished into a renowned multi-location, multi-discipline training foundation.
Dr. Reguraj’s contributions to NTTF are immeasurable.

Formerly associated with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in Geneva and involved in UN-sponsored training projects worldwide, Mr. Arulselvan’s journey exemplifies the power of knowledge sharing and global collaboration.
Has been associated with NTTF since 1982 and has held various positions such as Manager (Trg.), Principal, GM, and Director.
He is an expert in training and certification activities and currently serves as the Director & COO.
With extensive experience in the field, he specializes in tooling subjects and soft skills training.
Additionally, he is a Rotarian and served as the Past-President of the Rotary Club, Tellicherry.
Notably, he represented India as a Technical Delegate for multiple World Skills competitions and was honored as an Honorary Member of World Skills International in 2017.
