Learn & Earn
Learn and Earn, a program initiated by NTTF in collaboration with core Industries in the technology world across India. Learn and Earn is a blended model of On-the-job training coupled with theory sessions, allowing trainees to earn a monthly stipend which leads to diploma certification.
A program that will bridge the knowledge gap that emerges due to constant changes in industries. Learn and Earn is a great opportunity for aspiring students who want to earn while learning. This program will help students to learn from various live projects and assignments which will further help them in getting better employability.
Who is Eligible?
ITI & 12th pass-out students are subjected to a selection process i.e. written test and interview.
We support all the successful trainees in securing good placements in relevant industries by arranging the placement drives across our training locations.

Curriculum
The curriculum is designed based on the current skills needed and to ensure that relevant technical skills are imparted. A combination of theory, practical and on-the-job training is included to learn relevant skills, gain work experience and ensure exposure to industries. Continuous focus on learning curriculum that helps nurture and transform the students into skilled professionals under the guidance of experienced faculty from NTTF and On-The-Job trainers.
