Skill Development Program
All the courses and related curricula are updated and revamped by a council of eminent personalities representing academia and industry.
We are also working with a few private and government institutions in setting up “Skill Development Centres-, providing various vocational training courses, for the benefit of rural youth; thereby serving the society in bringing up or rehabilitating children from rural and lower-class families. Such programs will be a good solution for any company or institution looking to meet its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives.
Leveraging its many training centres across India, NTTF also conducts customised short-term and long-term Corporate Training’. programs for the employees of companies in the automotive and non-automotive verticals. For the past five decades of service, NTTF has gained strength in training manpower in soft-skills, functional skills and technical skills as defined by the industries. NTTF runs programs for companies such as MRF, Nokia, Maruti Suzuki, Welspun, and Suzlon, to name a few.

Skill Development Training Program Status
As much as learning is an ongoing process, skill development follows the same trend. Each product seeks a competitive edge and future employability largely depends on how perfect one’s skills are.
Skills are competencies expected to produce positive, beneficial results for an organisation. With India’s rapid economic growth in recent years, driven by the new-age technologies, the need for skills development across industries has become crucial.
NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) has contributed significantly to the overall achievement of the Skill India mission. To proactively catalyse the economic growth of our nation, we believe that quality vocational training and support systems for skill development demand attention.
