Aroon Raman

  • A post-graduate degree holdere in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA, majoring in both Finance and Marketing.
  • He ran his own electrical insulating materials company called Raman Boards for many years before divesting it to ABB Switzerland in 2007. 
  • Promoter of Raman FibreScience, an R&D based manufacturing company specializing in engineered composites. In 6 years, Raman FibreScience developed a unique battery separator material which it successfully took to global markets.
  • In November 2014, Raman FibreScience was acquired by the Hollingsworth & Vose Company, a world leader in engineered composites for filtration and energy storage.
  • Mr. Raman now divides his time between business and his other personal interests. One of them is literary;
  • Regular contributor to The Hindu Sunday Magazine, Outlook and other publications.
  • An accomplished author, has three national bestselling thrillers – The Shadow Throne, The Treasure of Kafur & Skyfire, all published by Pan Macmillan.

  • Redesigned Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MNREGA) by bringing in IT tools for timely delivery, improved outcomes and real-time monitoring of the programme.
  • Promoted instruments for transparency and accountability in programme implementation including social audits.
  • As Education Secretary, Government of India, led the preparation of the National Education Policy 2020 along with academicians and experts.
  • Expertise include rural development, education, large programme design and innovation.

Ravi Tennety

  • He has nearly 30 years of experience in Strategic Leadership, Capacity building, Technology Enablement, decision making levels with top organisations in India.  His skills include Collaboration with Industry and Partnership through PPP bodies such as CII, FICCI, Policy Creation with Central Ministries and State Governments.
  • He has worked with large cross-functional teams and is one of the few professionals with top level exposure to B2B, B2C and B2G.
  • He has also worked as Head, Bengaluru Science & Technology Cluster.  Previously, he has worked as CEO-Quess Corp (Training and Skilling) and COO–Tata Teleservices.

Mr. Srivatsan N C is a Chartered Accountant with 37 years of experience in finance and accounting. With over 1.5 years at NTTF, he plays a key role in financial management, governance, and compliance, contributing to the organization’s financial stability and strategic growth.

Ms. G S Kalpana is an Electronics and Communication Engineering professional with an M.Tech in VLSI and Embedded Systems and 40 years of experience. She has been with NTTF for 36 years and contributes to strengthening assessment systems and academic processes.

Vice President - LEGS

Ms. Chitra A B holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and brings 36 years of experience, including 19 years at NTTF. She leads the LEGS programme with active involvement in strengthening industry partnerships, process standardization & staff development have significantly contributed to programme effectiveness and sustained outcomes.

Ms. C Geetha Bali holds Graduation in English Literature and a Post Graduate qualification in Personnel Management, with 28 years of experience. With 8 years at NTTF, she contributes to HR management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.

Mr. Shrinath M Bhandary is a Mechanical Engineer with a Post Diploma in Business Management and 34 years of experience. With 7 years at NTTF, he contributes to corporate training, industry engagement, and workforce upskilling initiatives.

Mr. Ayyappan R holds a Diploma and B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, with 46 years of overall experience. With 19 years at NTTF, he plays a key role in academic leadership, curriculum implementation, and mentoring, contributing to strengthening core academic programs and institutional effectiveness.

Shankar M Ganigi

General Manager- E Learning & Faculty Development

Mr. Shankar M Ganigi holds a B.Tech in Electronics and an M.E in Computer Science, with 40 years of experience. With 11 years at NTTF, he contributes to e-learning initiatives and faculty development, focusing on enhancing digital learning systems and teaching capabilities.

Head - Syllabus & Infrastructure

Mr. Udaya Shetty holds an M.E in Tool Engineering and an MBA in Marketing, with 32 years of experience. With 3 years at NTTF, he contributes to syllabus development and infrastructure planning, supporting academic and institutional growth.
