Bhubaneswar, India – Addressing the critical need to bridge the skilled manpower gap with industry-ready youth, the Skill Development Institute, Bhubaneswar (SDI-B), a flagship initiative of Oil and Gas PSUs, hosted an industrial seminar on the application of IoT (Internet of Things) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) in the Telecommunication and Energy Management sectors. This seminar marked a significant step toward equipping aspiring professionals with the knowledge and skills required to thrive in an evolving digital landscape. During the event industry experts and technology leaders equipped aspiring youth on these technologies to equip them to foster innovation and employability.

The seminar featured insightful sessions led by Mr. N Suresh, Head – Skill Development & Digital, NTTF (Bengaluru), and Ms. Prakruthi, Service Delivery Lead, Ericsson (Bengaluru). Both speakers emphasized the transformative impact of IoT and AI in enhancing communication efficiency, reducing operational costs, and driving long-term technological innovation. Their knowledge-sharing sessions provided a deeper understanding of how smart technologies are shaping the future of telecom and energy management.
