NTTF is delighted to announce that one of our employees, Mrs. Maduri Anandh has been awarded by the Women Entrepreneurs Association.

Mrs. Maduri Anandh has been awarded by the Women Entrepreneurs Association and recognised by govt of Karnataka for her contribution towards Rural Women Empowerment in Karnataka. Her dedication and passion for her cause make us proud.

Awarded for creating earning opportunities for uneducated and semi-educated rural women.
“It’s not just my success, it belongs to every woman who strives to build her enterprise. My heartfelt thanks to my parents, Husband, children, friends, behind many more who supported me to achieve an Award from Sri Murugesh Nirani Ministry of MSME on 17 Nov 2021”

I had the urge to help women get empowered right from my student days itself. In 1999, I visited an all-women exhibition and saw several women entrepreneurs doing decent business.

I underwent many training programs from SISI(MSME-DI), JSSDC, KSWDC, Coir Board, NSIC, Handloom and Handicrafts Board, DICs for about 3-4years. Further working as a project coordinator in my earlier job profile helped me to undergo more training, opportunities to create more entrepreneurs.

From 2004 I started to teach the needy. I trained rural women in self-employment activities like tailoring, embroidery, fancy candle making, art jewelry, coconut jewelry and terracotta jewelry, from locally and easily available raw material, detergents and phenols etc., without investment on overheads and trained them to market the products also locally thru their clusters across the state.

This happened in several batches of 15-20women in each batch. I assisted in coaching them about the concept, design development, costing, raw material purchase, packaging, motivation and marketing, and a few products development.

2016 – Govt. recognized my efforts and selected me to visit the China International Trade fair at Guangzhou. I was the only women entrepreneur from Karnataka.

2019 – Govt. again nominated me to take part in the International Trade Fair in Dubai but was unable to attend due to family issues.

2019 – An awards joint committee called nominations from eligible women.
